FEES
Fees can vary depending on the length and type of consultation.

At Sphere Psychology our rates are significantly below the Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended fee of $311 per session.
Beth is committed to providing concession fees for low income earners, however the demand for this is high. This can mean that the wait time to get an appointment in this category is slightly longer. Please contact us for more information regarding the criteria for this category. If no prior arrangements have been made, the full fee will apply.
REBATES
A rebate of $141.85 will be provided for those with an eligible Better Access Mental Health Care Plan from their GP.

For more information about eligibility for a MHCP, ask your doctor or visit the APS website. If you are not eligible for Medicare rebate, please check your private health insurance to ensure you are eligible for a rebate.
PAYMENT
All appointment fees will be settled via online payment, usually immediately following your appointment. Medicare rebates can be processed at the time of payment.
Rebates are usually received by clients on the following business day, provided their bank accounts are listed with Medicare. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash payments, or payments via American Express.
CANCELLATIONS
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or change or appointment. The appointment space is reserved for you and it is usually difficult to fill your space with short notice.

If you provide 24-48 hours notice, and we are unable to fill your space, you will be charged 50% of your session fee.

If you provide less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

Please note Medicare rebates are unable to be accessed if you cancel your appointment.
